Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in the Benton Junior Football League ("BJFL", "League", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms apply to all participants of the BJFL and their parents or legal guardians, and your agreement to them is required as part of your or your child's registration in our programs.

1. Payments: Upon completion of registration, you agree to pay the enrollment fee which covers expenses including but not limited to equipment rental, insurance, and other resources necessary for participation in the League. All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of the season.

2. No Refunds: Please note that BJFL has a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, it ensures the availability of resources for your child’s participation and is therefore non-refundable, even if the participant decides to withdraw from the League or is unable to participate for any reason.

3. Risk of Participation: Participation in BJFL, both contact football for grades 3-8 and flag football for grades K-3, involves certain inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of your child. All participants play at their own risk.

4. Liability: BJFL, its organizers, coaches, referees, volunteers, and other agents shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property suffered by any participant or spectator of the League, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Grievances and Issues: If any issues or grievances arise regarding the League's operations, these should be communicated promptly to a member of the BJFL board for resolution. Please do not engage in verbal or physical confrontations with other parents, coaches, referees, or children.

By completing your payment, you affirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you understand, agree to, and accept all provisions contained herein. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us before making your payment.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of the BJFL, and any changes will be posted on this page.

Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions is a condition of your child's participation in the Benton Junior Football League. Please retain a copy of this agreement for your records.
